My husband as well and we canโt seem to figure it out, canโt reach tech support either. My phone can make calls. I tried switching him to e sim and still no luck. I read another post to try and remove sim and turn phone on without sim leave on for 10 mins turn off replace visible sim to see if that works. Iโm just not sure how to do it with an e sim yet. Let me know if you figure it out.
