i was trying to turn a phone on for a teen in my house. i also was unable to log into my app on my phone. the assistant asked for the imei number for the phone i was turning on and said he'd move my number to that phone. i immediately said no but he took off and with in seconds turned off my phone. I've been trying to fix this for over an hour an hour now and gotten know where because they just keep switching assistants. each new assistant has to look into it which takes for ever than they come back as a new person.
