I'm having an issue with voicemail. I'm receiving the message of "Welcome to the message management system, please enter your password". I don't know what the password is as I'm a new customer.
I've attempted to contact support chat for hours and either been kicked off or no answer...Very frustrating to not get the help I need when chat is the only option. No I'm not willing to sign up for any type of social media just to get help with my phone that I pay for every month.
