Does anyone have clarification on Visible’s conditional data throttling?
on multiple occasions now I have been trying to watch a video stream only to have my connection drop to 0.25, with high packet loss. However, if I switch to some large mainstream video site like YouTube, Disney+, etc. within a minute or two I suddenly have a great connection that works perfectly and can play for hours on end with no glitches. However, if I switch back to the original stream my connection quickly reverts to the nearly unusable 0.25.
Since the phone was in the same place the entire time this can’t be a phone issue. I’ve tried VPN as well and it doesn’t change anything.

This is something they need to fix. Have you contacted customer care?
