Customer service causes me confusion


I don’t understand when I’m given a phone number that is active under another person and then give it another phone number same thing finally giving a third number that seems to be clear of other users and then I asked for the caller ID to reflect my name not the old Owners phone name and they told me I had to have a premium account so whatever is on the caller I’d I’m stuck with I have an issue with that because this is my phone. I’m paying for this regardless of whether it’s $25 $40 or $225 a month it doesn’t matter it’s my phone I am very unhappy with this physical service very unhappy and I’m so disappointed As this service was really given five stars by people that I trust 



Ditto, glad to hear its not just me.  Over all this service has been terrible from the onset.  The reviews are extremely missleading
