I'm trying to pay my bill early, but your website won't allow me to make a payment before 7 days till due date.
Why set artificial time limits as to when a customer can pay?
Everybody has different financial situations.

I agree, I'd love to just load $100 to my account at a time and not worry about it. They can then auto pay if I forget to load more

I totally agree with you about the limits on allowing people to pay their telephone bill early. I've heard of being penalized for late payments but being penalized for wanting to pay your bill early is COMPLETELY ridiculous! ๐
I still own a landline phone and I always pay my bill early because it works for me.
Visible STOP being ridiculous and allow people to pay their telephone bill WHEN it's convenient for them.

i dont think Visible mobile even cares, i haven't even seen a solution for this.. Thats why i dont bother when people start to change carriers then we're wrong!!
