Well I'd say 0 out of 5 stars.  I've been patient and willing to troubleshoot an issue with your team only to be ignored.  In fact, I was promised a call back on a specific window for which I left work and no one contacted me.  Apparently customers are not appreciated and the customer service representative think it's funny to keep a chat going for hours without any real actions done.  I saved my logs and forwarded a complaint to the FTC after numerously attempts and promised call backs went ignored. This service may be ok if working, but if you ever need help forget about it. I even had to cancel my service early in this months cycle because it was soo bad.  I'd happily pay more for a service that values me as a customer and can provide basic things like the ability to make and receive calls. better visible
