It's a real bummer joing Visible plus which advertises a "smart watch plan" to then find out its Apple watch only. I really hope you support Samsung soon or im going to have to switch back to my previous provider.

Unfortunately as of today android watches is not supported. Unsure whether visible has plans to support in near future.
Please mark my answer as solution if it helped you.

I don't think any progress is being made. I chatted online 9.10.24 and was told in vague terms they were "working" on it. I assume this means nothing is being done, and that Apple may even be offering them incentives NOT to include Android watches.

I just did the same thing and didn't read the fine print about only Apple watches. I talked with support and they said their Social Engineers are working on it but no release date.

I believe they are talking about direct cellular (works when outside bluetooth range or phone isn't available) support for smart watches - rather than simple pairing.

We upgraded our plans, and found out the hard way that it is an Apple Watch Plan, not a Smart Watch Plan.

Yeah, how about a little love for the android community. I've got a Samsung watch FE just waiting for Visible to add support for android watches!

It is a bummer & it should be identified that it's Apple smart watch ONLY

This is such a shame. After upgrading to the Samsung LTE watch I wanted to go for the one year plan because I have enjoyed the service so far. I'll have to switch at least until the service is available.

As a relatively new Visible user in a family with a bunch of non- Apple folks, this is a big knock against Visible. Hoping they can rectify this soon!

3 YEARS LATER, and still no support for Galaxy/Android smartwatches. That a SHAME! You guys would get a lot more customers if you were to support smartwatches other than Apple's. I guess I will be switching to a company that actually cares about its customers because, at this point, we will never get support for Android smartwatches. It seems like this company is all about Apple. I wouldn't doubt that Visible has a contract directly with Apple, not to support other Android smartwatches.

The reluctance to acknowledge that there is an incredibly large population of Android users is incredibly aggravating.

This is very frustrating. Their website only refers to smart watches - not Apple smart watches. I signed up for Visible and went out and purchased a new Samsung 7 Smartwatch for the cellular service on Visible. It was only when I tried to connect it that I learned it wasn't supported. I think there are going to be a lot of disappointed Visible customers who get new Samsung watches under their Christmas trees this year.

Yep. Same here. Just got my Visible SIM card yesterday, and today I find out the plan that I took the free smart watch option for nothing. I really don’t want to go through the entire process of switching back, but.... Based on this thread, they have no intention of giving access to Android watches.

Ack! Sorry about the double reply. I thought it dropped the first one because I hadn’t signed in first.
So... Is there any way to delete a post? 😁

Yeah... I just got my Visible SIM card yesterday and was so excited, particularly since my plan includes a smart watch. But it doesn’t include a smart watch. It includes an Apple Watch. I really don’t want to switch back, but based on this thread it looks like they’re in no rush to add Android watches.

Yeah this is a bummer. Just got a S25 Ultra and was thinking about getting a galaxy watch. I guess it's back to Google Fi I go.
I don't know if there's a survey when you cancel but if there is tell them you're canceling because of no Android smartwatch support. Maybe if they see enough cancellations because of that it'll get them to work on it.
