As the title suggests. Does anyone know when we shall get the ability to do so? @MVNOResearch do you know?

Hey @NightcoreKuan so I did look into this some and while yes it's only for new BYOD eSIM compatible devices it seems that there are plans to eventually broaden the availability.
I'd imagine one reason for a staggered release of eSIM would to help ensure a smooth activation process for existing users - especially given the unfortunate possibility of service disruption.
Good news is the website does say it's being worked on, and with the interest already on the community I'd say we'll see it sooner than later - fingers crossed! ๐ค๐ค๐ค

I really don't know, sorry. Not soon.

Any updates on timing when current customers can switch to eSIM and keep their current number?

Just contacted the support to switch from pSIM to eSIM they told me itโs impossible, i have to cancel Visible and move to another mobile operator. It makes no sense
