I would like to know how are you going to accept my affordable connectivity program application after i sign up for your telephone service and my telephone is paid in full from t mobile and is fully unlocked or should i trade in for the same phone that i have with a bigger storage thank you Didi Garabedian

Unfortunately Visible doesn’t participate in ACP. Other Verizon prepaid companies do, however. You can check Verizon’s direct prepaid, Straight Talk Wireless, or Total by Verizon. I know they all offer the ACP discount. All of them also offer ~$30 plans so your bill will be low to $0 monthly.
