I’ve been trying to start my 15 day free trial with no success. I have tried going through the app. I registered my email and my IMEI but it just wouldn’t go through. I then found a link by doing a search online. When I got to where they asked for IMEI it now says I’m not eligible because IMEI is already registered. This all started because I was buying my new phone outright without financing and wanted to know before I finalized the transaction, if it was going to be back ordered.
