I have not been able to access my account for almost three weeks now multiple prolonged chats have not helped 

I am about to leave

last chat they actually blamed it the recent Microsoft issue with their provider 
I have not been billed either so suspect they will start paying attention 

‘they also said in the last chat that my experience had become common?

yet there is nothing here???

Issue you face is unclear. Is it because of missed payment or incorrect password or security code is not received.

Just another visible user, willing to help others.

No or at least it wasn’t it’s all still there except the overview and my automated payment has not posted and it should have 3days ago

Not knowing what your issue is makes it hard to answer.

Some things to try:

If on the Visible app try a browser, or uninstall the app and reinstall

If on a browser clear cache and maybe history also.

Try an incognito or private browser.

Try a different browser.

If you have access to another wi-fi for try that. It depends on your issue but your ISP could be blocking the address.

 

If you have autopay off you won't be charged and service will just end. If you can't get into your account you won't be able to get a port out PIN.

Auto was turned on and you mentioned what I am worried about as well as the solutions I have tried

The Website allows login and seemingly works except the overview which is required to do anything. It just says something went wrong and try again later with a reload button 

The app just freezes then gives a timed out message

It started when I changed my mind about  visible+ annual upgrade because it would not take effect immediately so decided to take that time to reconsider that was two weeks ago several chats later and being told it was fixed and nothing has been corrected

incognito does not help

if I loose my lifetime phone number over this I will find an advocate lawyer sue for everything they can get

I guess tomorrow I will go to the library and try a non iOS device
