I have been using Visible for nearly a year, after updating I sign in and the “Get started” page appears. It will not show my account info, I can Check my Current Phone or Shop New Devices. If I check and enter my eSIM it takes me to an empty cart and my only option is to Continue Shopping. If I check my physical SIM it adds my BYOD takes me to plans and will only advance to the cart if I chose the plan change. Then wants me to complete the transaction by getting a new card? I just upgraded to the new plan 2 days ago. I have removed and reinstalled the app. I can still check my account on the website.
