Can I get refunded for service?


I ordered a new phone from Visible & activated my service. The same day I tried to port my number from Verizon (I see on here that’s been an issue with Visible), that had a lot of problems. My phone basically freaked out & long story short, I ended up having to return the phone. So I had the phone/service for a day. I was already sick of all their issues & awful customer service so I now have a different phone carrier. But I’m wondering if anyone else was able to get a refund on the service? Asking here before I have to wait an hour to speak with a service rep. 



I attempted to port my phone number from Tello to Visible. Visible charged me $35 but the service never worked. I attempted to port my number from Visible to Verizon. That was impossible as my phone number was locked by Visible. So I was forced to give up my phone number and get a new phone number and service from Verizon. Now my Visible account has been closed by them and it is impossible to contact them about getting a refund.
