Cannot activate my service

After about a week of receiving my SIM card and trying to activate my phone I’m still stuck without service. I was told  to update my payment information @TJ but I already paid. And even if I do try the website nor the app give me an opportunity to do so. 😫 I just want my phone on. 



It would be best to chat with tech support via an online chat and they should be able to get you going. Good luck, I know it is frustrating.

I ended up opening a second account , and after resetting my network settings I restarted my phone and  and activated my service with E-sim option.
