activating my phone

I just downloaded a esim 2 days ago on my Pixel 7A, and can't get an activation code to make it work. I've tried about 30 times, they keep telling me they sent it, I never get it.

Sim delivery and issue with chat with agents

Visible won't allow delivery of my sim without my signature. FedEx tried delivering it two times already and won't leave it at the management office of my apartment building. FedEx also did not leave any door tags. They are going to try one last time...
