Change plans

So I currently have the 45$ visible plus plan but I want to switch to the 30$ plan . How can I do so ?

At the bottom of your account overview page, does it not offer your plan and provide an option to change plans? Actually it says upgrade plan on mine  - but I'm on the $30 and allows choosing the other plan. Same functionality is via the app and web.
