my account had lapsed. when I logged in to my account to pay. the only option I was given was to empty my cart which was empty. or to continue shopping. so I went to plans and picked a plan receiving a new # which I do not want. my phone was activated with new #. Now I am trying to retrieve my phone number from lapsed account. pleased someone help

You need to contact customer service through chat, or DM them on Facebook, Instagram or X.
They should be able to help you provided the account hasn't lapsed more than 30 days, or maybe 60 days.
