Constantly rebooting phone to receive calls and texts

I have a Samsung Galaxy 21+. Over the past couple of months I constantly have to reboot my phone, approximately 3 times a week, to received calls and text messages. My brother has an LG phone and he has to do the same. Neither of us is aware of the problem until someone gets ahold of us by other means. Is there a fix? Due to medical issues, I heavily rely on my phone for emergencies.

Remove the Visible SIM card.

Then perform a reset network settings.

While your SIM card is removed power off your phone. After 5 minutes turn it On.

Once you reach the Home screen insert the SIM card.
