Hi I don't want to sound like I am ***** but can you actual verbally talk to someone in customer service. Trying to get help with a porting issue was like pulling teeth! Waiting extended periods of time to chat to get told something different every time does not help! Even though I had not got notified the port was ready, the only time I got any notification there was a problem was when I tried to activate. So if any one from customer service reads these, how about calling me! I am a very frustrated new customer close to cancelling account already. DO NOT ASSUME EVERYONE KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT PORTING A NUMBER OR HOW COMPANIES HANDLE THEIR SYSTEMS!

No, you cannot talk to someone visible has limited customer service and the reps are also limited they don't have a lot of tools
