I think there is nothing behind it, they just don't want you to use your phone, because it works with any network under Verizon but with visible it doesn't work, so it could be they want you to buy a new phone like many folks here did, they sew that the phone is not compatible they just brought a phone from visible and they made money, that's unacceptable!!! And could be they only want new phones in visible network
