Can some manager or higher up please help me? Tech support has been extremely unhelpful.
So I have 5 accounts with Visible: Me, Wife, Daughter 1, Daughter 2, and Son
I created all the accounts which meant 5 different email addresses.
I forgot the email address for my son's account which wasn't a problem before since it's auto pay. But his phone is dying and we wanted to give him one of my daughter's old phones. I realized that I can't switch phones because you need to log into the app for activation.
Guess what you need to login? The email address.
I contact support. Guess what I need? The email address.
I've gone in circles for 3-4 months now. I can't even cancel it and start over for his phone because guess what I need to cancel.... yup.
Can some higher up person help me?! I am going nuts! We need some way to bypass the email. I'll give you SSN, whatever the heck you need man.

Update: It finally got escalated to a manager and they were able to simply just make a call to my son's phone and escalate approval to update the email address. I seriously don't get why this was so hard. I've had his phone with me every time.

FYI, this is a peer to peer forum and you won't get customer service or any managers here. Even if you got a hold of on the bad thing is they are not going to give you that information because of security purposes. You have to have the email address in order to receive verification from Visible that you are who you say you are.
Only thing I can suggest is stopping payment on whichever bank account or credit card you used to pay for that service. You will lose that number though.
I also suggest writing down all email address, usernames, and passwords in a notebook. I do this so I am not solely relying on my password manager to keep track of them.

It's in process of them resetting but having some errors. They said the same thing about the bank but how's a credit card bank going to stop 1 payment to Visible when I have 4 other ones?
