Is it possible to get a 15 day trial physical sim to try on my unlocked mobile hotspot device?

I go to work at Spring Valley San Diego CA where there is no signal to stream any music while working. Would like to try out Visible service, How do I go about receiving a physical sim? Ive tried doing the 15 day trial check on the site but it is asking for an imei but an unlocked hotspot non ios/android device has a imei number.

I currently have att and would like to add Visible in our cell plan if it works well ty

Using Visible for a dedicated mobile hot spot is a TOS violation.
