Issues with texting and calling since upgrade.

I upgraded a few days ago and now cannot text or call some of my contacts.  Support was not helpful.  I know have a Primary line and a Business line, same number on both?  I switch between lines to try and text and cannot.  I also cannot text from my computer to the same people.   I have iPhone 13 Pro Max and an iMac.  Everything is up to date.  Thank you !

My daughter had the same issue after the upgrade - she eventually gave up on customer care fixing her issue and switched services -- I have been a customer for years and it appears that i will be switching at the end of the month as well -- they tell me i can't upgrade without buying two new phones. Good LUCK
