New order tracking

Visible is sending me a new SIM card. I can see the order number in my account, but no tracking number. Normally, I'd do a chat with them, but I spent THREE hours on a chat yesterday (2 hours waiting, 1 hour with the rep). Their Customer Service is s a joke.

Same story. No replies, of course. You are right about customer service.

You need to click on the "Live Chat" button either on the website or in the app. There you will find a link to the FedEx site, "Track Order," where you can find the status of your shipment.
