I have not been able to Access the app or website since 2/13/2024 two different accounts three different devices 


Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app? If you are using a VPN try disabling it. Try using a desktop or laptop if you are trying to access your account, if that doesn't work try a different browser. I just logged into my account with no issue on a Chrome browser on my laptop.


If you still can't get access try contacting customer service via chat, type agent or live agent, more than once if need be, to get by the chatbot. You can also get a hold of them on Twitter, Facebook messenger, X, Instagram and on the Reddit support page by messaging them.
