Same problem. Trying to get a sim card for an older Visible phone. Talked to a human rep who was worse than useless. Kept directing me to the IMEI page which kept saying my phone wasn't compatible even though it is a Visible phone, then kept telling me to buy a new Visible phone. I don't think so.
