I contacted support earlier with slow data and after going through all the troubleshooting steps he tried a sim reprovision but it froze before completing and now I can't call or use data. I tried contacting like 6 other reps but they all escalated because the reprovision button is greyed out. Now I have to wait 24 to 48 hours on an update. This is the worst time for this to happen because i can't access my paypal to pay my water bill because of 2FA and it's due in 3 days.
