My husband and I both have unlocked s10e phones, my phone was able to get upgraded to the new visible plan and it says his is incompatible and has to wait which I'm not sure why. I tried to chat with the visible agents and they are just rude to me and they have extremely long wait times. Can anyone help me understand why it's not working for my husband?

FWIW, my wife has an S10e that would not do data on the new network.
We only tried one session with the very nice and knowledgeable Visible rep, but was unsuccessful in resolving the data issue. The quick fix for her was to move back to Verizon.
She is thinking about another run with Visible when the dust settles and a new S22.

What APN settings do you have rhigt now? Usually if data doesn't work the APN settings has to be adjusted, with Verizon only the APN makes a difference the other things you fill out is not necessary

It was a quick exit to Verizon to keep the wifey happy.
