Subscribing to Visible


I have tried for 2 days to create a Visible account.  I have been locked out for 2 days because it won't take my Verizon account number and pin number.  I don't know what else to do.

Some have had issues porting directly from Verizon to Visible. Maybe port to another company first, and then post to Visible.


Note that some Visible customers accounts have been hacked recently, so reaching out to customer service may take a little longer than usual.
