SAME! And the chat line is ridiculous! I have been waiting for over 30 minutes and the waiting bar is not even halfway filled! They are about to lose sooooooo many customers because this is affecting most if not all Visible owners, at least in NY.

Visible is apparently still having issues. The best way to contact them is probably through social media—go to the bottom of the page and click on Facebook, or Twitter, and send them a message. I’ve used Fb messenger and usually get a response the same day. Good luck!
