Texting not working for two days

I and two friends who are Visible subscribers cannot receive texts from ANYBODY, whether Visible customers or not. Still waiting for the issue to be fixed. This is frustrating and a black mark against Visible's reliability.

Same issue here, Central PA customer.

Voice and data work, but no texting of any sort. At least two days that I noticed.

I didn’t notice I wasn’t getting texts for a few days until someone asked if I got their messages.. then I thought it was my phone that was the issue. Visible needs to notify people…

Agreed! I switched my messaging back to the basic messaging on my phone and made it the default messaging for now. It wasn't working on the messaging + App.

Mine just started working. I never got through to Visible. I reset my network settings and about 10 min. later I was getting messages. Not sure if what I did fixed it or if Visible fixed it but its working.
