so I'm trying to get started with setting up my iPhone XR (I have an unlocked phone and I'm getting a new number for it from visible) I'm stuck at the part where you enter your address in via the app. nothing else is happening.

Try a laptop/desktop and a browser and see if that works. To me the app is utterly worthless accept for activation, it then has to be used.

how do you do it via the website?

visible.com click the little person icon in the upper right and sign into the account you made while using the app and go from there. There have been known issues for some going this route also so to help prevent issues try disabling adblockers and such for this site, if you run into a problem then try an incognito browser or actually try a different browser.
