I already signed up for the Visible plan, and bought a new phone through visible, but I'm unsure how to transfer my current # to my new phone... I tried to follow the instructions on their site, but I never saw anything that said to Keep current # and an option to enter the pin and account number...Please help

You need to install the Visible app, and follow the instructions for porting your current number. The main thing is to have your previous account number, a transfer PIN and billing zip code. You may need to call the help desk of your previous carrier to get this info. Once you input this into the app, the transfer is very quick. It is all through messages in the app and email.
