I currently have an iPhone XR with Visible service on an eSIM. The initial conversion from physical SIM card to eSIM seemed to go without a hitch.
I am contemplating upgrading to an iPhone 13 Pro or perhaps waiting a few more months for an iPhone 14 Pro when it comes out this fall. What exactly is the procedure to transfer the eSIM to a new phone? Is it complicated? Do I have to contact Visible support for this to happen? Can all this be done through the app?
I want to know if I am biting off more than I can chew with this task.

At this moment in time it looks like you would need to contact Visible customer service (chat) to transfer service to a new E-sim device.
