I have requested and been promised call backs (never happened). Escalated to higher support, provided former provided, account number, transfer pin, email and mailing address multiple times and the issue is still not resolved.
I have yet to receive any meaningful feedback. The real kicker is I tried to port and activate two phones from the same ATT plan and the other one ported without issue.
Yet again, this is another example of the poor way Visible handles issues
Welcome to the cheap seats. Support is what you give up here. I know my GF sat on the Messenger chat for hours to resolve her activation issue. Once you get part that pain the service is pretty good. I maintain an unlocked phone in case I get an unresolved issue, Id just jump back to Cricket.
