Trying to transfer my number to Visible. Getting message saying my SIM is not supported

New Visible account. Trying to port my number from my Verizon iPhone to a Visible iPhone that I just bought. It won't let me because it says that my SIM is not supported and I have to contact my carrier to unlock the device. What? I looked it up on the Visible website and it says that all phones purchased from Visible (as this one was) won't work for the first 60 days. Is this true?

No, that is not true. Since you bought the phone from Visible it will only work on Visible until it is unlocked which is a 60 day policy, it has to be used on the account it was bought under for a total of 60 and it will unlock. If you are having issue activating the phone you need to contact Visible customer service.
