I finally got my eSIM problem resolved and I know many of you had the same issue on your iPhone 14pro max etc. frozen screen and not being able to activate your phone.
great news! (Why they don’t just send this in the confirmation email idk) go to fb messenger and message them and ask them for the QR code for ur eSIM. From another device sign into your email and scan it with your new iPhone by opening settings and finish setting up phone and choose scan QR code! That’s it 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I wish that worked that easily for me. I've had 3 QR codes sent and the eSIM will still not activate. This service is bad!
