To get by the chatbot after you open the chat dialog box type agent or live agent and it should flag a live customer service rep. The Visible reddit page is for everyone, not just people who have been treated poorly Visible, but to chat with customer service their you still need to DM them otherwise you are just chatting with reddit users. You can also contact them through Facebook messenger which is my preference, and through Twitter by DM.
