Website never asks for my SIM ID code. How do I activate with visible?


Hello,  I've spent the last few days struggling with chat support I give up.


I purchsed a new SIM from Amazon for Visible for #$3.  It arrived today.  I put it in my unlocked iPhone 6S which was using Verizon.  I go to that website, put in my info, new email addresss and it puts a SIM and shipping addresses and I remove that from my cart as I don't need a SIM mailed to me.  I already ahve a brand new one with SIM ID code printed on the card.


Now I"m stuck.  Where do I type in the SIM ID code?!?  This has to be the most frustrating activation experience I've ever gone through.
