can I use a new Verizon Sim Card from the Verizon Store

I ordered a Visible Sim card and waited 5 days to receive it only to receive a empty envelope. Are Verizon sim cards compatible? Can I purchase a sim card at Verizon store and use it  for Visible.

No they aren't compatible - they are tied to specific carriers. Despite being Visible by Verizon, they are different carriers.

Just as a quick note: If you have a phone that supports eSIM, you can forego the SIM card and use the Visible App to get the virtual SIM downloaded to your phone and activated.

If that's not an option, when contacting Visible Support, I would recommend making them aware of the issue to see if they can overnight a new SIM to you since the issue was due to Visible or the third party they use.
