I have 2 visible phones and have been trying to link the accounts with no luck. Help.

All visible accounts are single line, they cannot be combined. They can be charged to the same credit card.

Yes the visible dont have option like family plan where you can combine multiple accounts.
In fact if you look their ad campaigns they tout being the carrier for single people.

We are elders who are having lots of issues. I can't get through to a live agent and am in tears because my husbands phone is saying "denied access" so can't do 2 way verification nor use his phone at all.
