payment method you saved with us failed


Trying to order phone online & getting payment failed error. Got email "Uh oh! We couldn't activate your Visible service on ***-***-****, because the payment method you saved with us failed."  Called Credit Company & they said they received address verification request which was approved but advised to call Visa Verify which the request came through. Visa Verify agent had to clear something & verified everything stating should not have any issues. Still getting payment failed error. Visa Verify agent advised to call merchant for any further issues as they do not see any problem on their system. Any one have this issue? Any help?
