Yeah what @DeanKevin64 said - I'd just log into your visible.com account --> Purchase History --> Identify the line with the arrow that says Service > - then print that page out to your printer (or save it to PDF and print it out at a Kinkos/FedEx/etc).
It's a pre-paid service, so it's not going to have a lot of information on it - just the total amount you paid with a tiny breakdown of a few included fees.
