Hey y'all! Yep, I'm a Southern girl! I just wanted to say, that I know that I am brand spankin' new here, but I LOVED the way the chat function responded to my pitiful calls for help while setting up my new service. I've been a "the other guys" subscriber for as long as I can remember and I was very apprehensive. Hopefully things will work out and I will love the service. I think I will. If the Customer Service is any indicator, in the words of Annie, "I think I'm gonna like it here!!"
