How do I switch from my current 2 line plan with Verizon to 2 single line plans with Visible and keep the same phones and phone numbers? Have used the check phone and phones numbers function for compatibilty with Visible and all are ok but what is the specific process to make the switch and do I need to contact Verizon beforehand? Any help would be appreciated
Two separate email addresses, one for each account, the same form of payment can be used. I have read that when coming from Verizon it is a migration and not a port so it is handled differently. Some have said Verizon can help while others have said it takes the right agent in customer service at Visible to handle. There have also been some that have had issues with this transfer from Verizon. Again, this is things I have read and have not done a port myself from Verizon.
