Kicked off of live chat after waiting an hour for someone and no fix to issue

I switched to eSim now my phone wont work and just as I get to an agent on chat after an hour I have to get my IMEI and when I got back the app kicked me out and I lose my place in line. Duck this Ducking company.

Use Twitter or Facebook Messenger support. You can leave and not get kicked off the chat support that way.

I tried Messenger so far I have 3 new grandchildren and still no answer.

Tried to move to esim and esim it not getting activated after 30 minutes. I tried to move to physical and it didn't work. Opened live chat and I waited from number 49 to all the way 10 and then account got sign out.
