I have to say ... I was concerned when I saw the ad for Visible last week, aired in No. California, especially by a Hollywood actor ... I never trust anything out of Hollywood. Was it too good to be true? I had been a satisfied Verizon Wireless customer for years, including 5G Home Internet.
In any case, I gave Visible a try, porting two iPhones over. The process was amazingly easy, with good prompts all the way through the process. Kudos to the tech writers and programmers.
Now that I'm here, I have to give Kudos to online support and the Community ... you all rock! I'm seeing absolutely no change in cell service and don't miss live phone support; live chat gets it done!
