This is a peer to peer forum and highly doubt you can get customer service to reach out to you. You need to contact them either by chat, or message them on the social media platforms, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Instagram or even on their support page on Reddit.
PS. To get Visible service without eSIM you will need to order a physical SIM card. They will ship overnight FedEx and someone needs to be there to sign for it. Since it is Friday now you wouldn't get the card until Monday.
