Upgrade and downgrade question

I am currently on the monthly regular visible plan for $25. If I decide to upgrade to visible Plus for $35 a month and then decide for whatever reason I do not like it and go back to the regular visible plan, will I be still paying $25 a month? I have asked numerous times and keep getting numerous answers from visible personnel.

Yes, the base plan price has been changed from $30 to $25 so when you downgrade you would pay $25 since that is the current price for it. I don't see Visible raising the price back to $30 anytime soon.
